Has anyone with the bold had chipping of the chrome?? as ive read a few post where the paint on the 8900 has chipped off.

Ive seen it on another forum board so just curios if the bolds silver chrome chips.

So Im Just wonderin if any bolds chip there silver off, if scratched or bumped etc.

Mine has a little scratch and dent from it falling but no chipping.

Mine has a few scratches and scrapes from being in my pocket with change, a knife, keys, lighter, ect..

nothing a new bezel cant fix

Mine is a few minor scuff marks that aren't noticable unless you really look for them. I don't know how it happened because I always have it in a silicon case. It's never been dropped either.

Oh ok, Is it black underneath where its been strached, like the 8900 is black underneath...

or does it just look like youve scratched it?

Im just wondering as i know phones get strached up i dont mind that just not keen on it if its black underneath like the 8900 is when it chips. Id hate to have flaked coming off.

I never kept my chrome bezel on long enough to find out. I did the black bezel swap. I know it is black underneath though.
