especially when scrolling fast under zoom
Can you name a single phone where checkerboarding never appears? I've used several, and I can't. If most phones have checkerboarding sometimes, why assume that the one who's target market is more buisiness oriented instead of media oriented would?

I agree... early on... the "liquid graphics" claimed to eliminate checkboarding... but I still get a little.
But, it's tons better than before and at least on par with the best devices out there in minimizing the check board effect.
It's minimal at best and way better for me upgrading from 5.0.
I've never had any checkerboarding on my HTC Sensation. It stutters a bit time to time, but that's pretty much it.
Unless you're browsing on mobile websites, every phone will have checkerboarding. I havea Nexus S and I get it fairly often.
GS II rarely gets checkerboard, however it's minor issue really. I enjoy surfing on Galaxy more but I also don't like typing on galaxy.
Well let's be fair, the 9930,as good as it is, still only uses a Snapdragon processor compared to the Sensation's dual-core hardware.

HA!

As fast as the new 9930 is I still find myself preferring Opera mini 6 for its speed. Never an issue. But yeah I get the checkerboarding in the native browser.

TO BE HONEST checkerboarding only ever happens when you scroll through an unloaded page, and that only very rarely on my wifi + H+ connection. Once the page loads it never checkerboards for me.

My incredible 2 never had it and I think the OS in this device is not using the processor at its full pontential. I am a littled shocked how multi tasking on this device puts a strain on it and slows it down.

I still get it a bit but future o/s should sort that out,I've also noticed not being used to a touch screen, the way I was using the touch aspect was contributing to the problem.now I've got used to scrolling with the screen it has cut down the checkerboard problem,so if u just take ur time and be a little less eratic it does help in my humble opinion.
