I charge it whenever I am just sitting around in my office. Then charge it overnight while I sleep...nothing wrong with that.

waiting for them to get that low in battery life is worse then just charging it whenever you need to, personally i charge my phone whenever possible

i charge anytime i am close to a charger...whether its full or not at home andin the office

There is some science behind not letting it run down but I just tried a quick search and couldn't find the support. Its out there though.

my understanding was that when you run it down to empty before charging, that's more so the OS knows what's full and what's not, and not really for the battery itself.
