    Is there anyway to change the startup screen that shows AT&T to another image? I tried searching around but didnt find anything.

    an easy thing to do is to use one of your photos

    >media
    >pictures
    >all pictures or picture folders ...
    >select a photo
    >menu
    >set as home screen image
    accept

    the photo will now replace the ATT logo

    I think the OP is referring to changing the splash screen when the phone boots up. OP, Google 'unbranding'. But please, don't tell anyone that I told you to do so...

    there's no way to change it, only to remove it. But it can't be done without voiding your warranty

    Don't understand why they want to change the bootscreen it show only for 1 or 2 seconds, I will not take the chance to brick my phone for this short time display!

    Unbranding your phone is the best thing ever. There is no chance of bricking if you follow the directions.
