All the cases promise to protect your phone from "minor" damage.
However I can't find any that show an actual drop test.
I'd be interested to know if they hold up in the realy world.

I use an Acase dual layer case on my phone. Its cheap, doesn't make the device too thick, has a grippy feel and had 2 layer protection (like otterbox or ballistic)

I use Otterbox Commuter case...it's got a number of scratches on it from numerous drops, but my 9900 looks brand new - plus I have a Zagg screen protector.

Have my 9930 in the Otterbox Comuter and my Z10 in the Otterbox Defender. Both look and feel great plus the piece of mind of having them protected in Ottetbox cases makes me feel good

I simply use a cheap gel case with a screen protector. I don't drop mine, but if it happens, I know it won't get damaged.

I agree with you .

I was using the Otterbox Commuter in the past .
Works really well with the phone but wasn't to happy with the fact that it was so concealed.

Ended up using a silicone case.
it is the clear type so the phone looks pretty good !
