hey guys i just got a blackberry and i wanted it to update to os 6.0 from offical 5.0
i download the latest 6.0 provided by crackberry and i follow all the steps but when i go on to application loader screen i get the following error

"the blackberry desktop software does not have the blackberry device software for the device that you have connected contact your wireless service provider or system administrator"

We can still help anyway... Check for two things:

- Make sure the OS you downloaded is for the 9700, or nothing on Earth will make it load;
- Serch your computer for a hidden vendor.xml file. Use the Window's search function for that. Delete ALL vendor.xml you find and run loader.exe again.
