    I just purchased a new to me 9930. The data was imported from my 9670. My email accounts are displayed, but are not working. When I go to setup and click on email accounts, nothing happens. I had already reset the device and did not have any luck. Any suggestions on how to be able to fix this?

    As it's a new device, the first thing I would do is install BlackBerry Desktop software on your PC, connect the 9900 to a USB port and update the OS software.

    Could be an issue importing settings from OS6 to OS7.

    As per the above post, I would immediately upgrade to the latest OS and then do a selective restore of the bare essentials and set up everything that is not too time consuming such as e.mail accounts etc manually from the set up wizard.
