yes its on my plan on other phone its working fine when i put it on blackberry bold it show X red

If you have changed phones but not plans, you may want to check with your provider.

no its new device just take it off the box

at last i did it via debrand from at&t to original blackberry

Rather than debrand, this could have been solved by going under options, advanced options, host routing table, then hitting the menu button and selecting "register now." Sometimes a battery pull is required afterwards.
