I can't delete applications using my phone because it says Mass Storage Mode is on and I'm not even connected to my macbook.

I performed a search but none of the threads correctly tell you how to turn the Mass Storage Mode on or off.

I have the latest OS for my T-mobile 9700.

    Any suggestions?

I recently went to a Tmobile store to get a new sim card for other reasons and I'm not sure if this has anything to do with that. Please help. (By the way, the store rep gave me back my old sim card. Does that mean I can insert that sim card into another phone and use it simultaneously with two phones, say, if i were to give it to a family member to use?)

go to options on app page click it and go to storage click there should find spot for turning mass storage mode on and and off but having mass storage on has no connection to you being able to delete applications.

Also the old sim card is no good now they refigured the new one to work in your phone and old one will not work just throw it away!

Dispose of the old sim, try a battery pull and then remove applications, or use Apploader to remove them, uncheck the apps, then click Next and then Finish. Muich faster than DM in my opinion.
