    I Can't Set Up BBM On BlackBerry Bold 4 ( 9900 ) , All The Time It's Giving Me " Setting Up BBM "
    I Have Data Plan And Wifi , Even With That It's Not Working :/ !

    What kind of data plan do you have? Is it a BIS plan? Generic data plans will not work.
