    my sister has recently gotten a blackberry bold 9650 on verizon, all is working well besides the fact that when we validate her email address just as it says to (which we have done several times now) we still end up with no email push to her device what so ever, after reboots and all. As always thanks for any and all helpful responses!

    As a first step I'd recommend re-registering your Host Routing Table and resending service books. Post back if you need assistance - but on OS6, Universal Search is your friend :-)
