    I am having a problem with my email signatures. I cannot change the standard BB (Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T) signature to mine.

    I changed the BB signature in my BIS account, but when I send an email via my Bold the typical BB signature is added to my email and not the one that shows in my BIS account. Here is what I�ve tried so far without success:

    Downloaded the service books - Did a battery pull
    Deleted the email accounts in my Bold and in my BIS account and re created them � Did a battery pull
    Recreated them in my BB and then in my BIS account

    Can anyone help?

    Did you go on a PC and login to BlackBerry Internet Service and change the sigs there?

    There isn't a way to do in via the phone.

    Yes, I did go on my PC and logged on the the BlackBerry Service. My personal signature appears in the signature block, but the BB sends out the standard one and not mine.

    How do we log in to the account to change this. I am on AT&T and I can not find it under my account. I tried the link mentioned above but I am not able to log in using AT&T login info.
