I'm a Sprint Customer, and a Premiere one at that. Last week I posted about being frustrated and confused that Sprint didn't offer these Blackberrys early as a Premiere perk. Getting past that, I'm still confused now as it's ONE DAY before the release of two new phones and they have no promotion or feature on the website?!

And this isn't just Sprint either. I don't see the promos coming from any of these retailers to support was seems like a really awesome product. It's not RIM's fault, because they've promoted all they could on their end. So I guess what I'm getting at then is: Why even carry a device if you're not gonna give it any type of promo or preferential treatment when it first drops? It's like folks are gunning for RIM to fail or something. Sadly, I don't even know someone outside of this forum that knew that BB was dropping a new line of phones. If I'm wrong, please correct me. Either way, this sucks.

BB users know so Sprint, Verizon and others don't need to waste the advertising dollars. Users who know and want the Blackberries are always looking for the next one.

Don't let it get you down. When Verizon went live their website was really screwy. I mean amateur stuff like missing images and product descriptions for the wrong device.
