    My 9700 has never received MMS (picture messages) in the 3+ years I've had it.

    As it nears the end of its lifespan, I'm hoping to figure out why this is.

    I have Enabled Push, Enabled MDS, and WAP Push (they've always been on); according to Telus, I am set up for MMS; I can send and receive everything fine except MMS.

    v5.0.0.442 (platform 5.1.0.121)
    MMS Transport (service book): Gateway IP: //0.0.0.0.:0;0/bb.telus.com|GPAK

    I've googled and searched but haven't come up with anything... Would like to "fix" this as a last testament to a great phone

    basically u first need to check your APN settings for telus. secondly in the messages options for mms, set the retrieval to home only or always and reception to always.
