    We just upgraded to exchange 2010 yesterday. I can no longer receive emails on my blackberry. I have tried to setup email on the phone and via t-mobile's website. It tells me it cannot validate the account.

    any ideas?

    fixed it!

    I was plugging in http://mail.domainname.com/exchange which was not working.

    I then tried https://mail.domainname.com/owa and now we are in business!
