I upgraded my OS and have something called Visual Voicemail installed. It is a feature that does not work on AT&T, so I don't want it. Can I use DM to uninstall it?

No, you cannot get rid of it but you could use the Memory Optimization Procedure that's outlined in the Tips and Guides section.

You can always move it to a folder, hide it and just ignore it.

It's pushed from the carrier so it will always come back.

AT&T doesn't have it. I installed OS 4.6.0.266 from Vodafone UK. It won't come back. I followed this step, so it was deleted.

AT&T does not have it working as of yet, but it is one of their apps.
