    Had to do a hard reset on my 9930 and when I restored from Blackberry desktop assistant no ringtone files or pictures were restored. Can they be recovered or am I screwed?

    I presume they were on your internal memory. Unless you made a backup, everything is lost. Get an SD card, or make frequent backups, so it doesn't happen again.

    They were backed up on Blackberry desktop. For some reason they won't load or transfer.
