I am using os .266 and in my call log (when I click the call button 1 time) it lists all of my past incoming and outgoing calls, but it does not list the time of the calls, nor does it say if it was an outgoing, incoming, or a missed call. Anyone know how to fix this?

Mine has an icon for missed, incoming, etc. I also do not have time of call, only date. This is a good question.
Well, time of call only shows for calls made today. If the call shows a date, then that means that call occurred in day(s) prior to today.
I don't even have date...I want to know if maybe I can change a setting or something. My phone doesn't show time or date, or incoming or receiving

How do you have you have it set up? Go to your call list>menu>options>general options. Phone list view "call log" will show you what you are looking for.
go into the phone -> options -> general options and then look at phone list view. Yours may say "most recent". If you want it to display in/out and the time, select "call log"

Even more detailed is going into your messages folder and pressing alt+P.

I was playing with the other keys and found
alt+m = MMS messages
alt+s = SMS
alt+o = outgoing
alt +i - Incoming
alt +v = voicemail
