    Hi There

    This afternoon the Green Call button, Enter track ball command, Red Hang up and A(*) button stopped working.

    I have os OS 9000 4.6.0.438/4.6.0.167 installed at the moment after doing a complete wipe on the device. I did have 9000 4.6.0.451/4.6.0.266 installed.

    I have searched this site and searched google but nothing seems to work on the device.

    Any ideas?

    Did this happen right after the OS switch?

    I can't see it being a OS issue unless its one buggy OS... i be suspect keyboard being faulty or even worse the main board.

    Of course try the OS reinstall before jumping to buy a keyboard as for a mainboard you can't buy this.

    wipe, load different version of OS, if you still have issues, get a new KB. Hopefully its not the board...

    cnn.cn for parts, or horizon wireless for faster delivery
