Wondering which browser people use with the BB Bold? I tried the BlackBerry Browser but ran into a lot of "contents too large" messages. Switched to the "Internet Browser" and it works much better. I have also tried Opera Mini and Bolt but fail the see the advantages...

I am using the Blackberry browser because I have only had my Bold for a couple of months and, so far, it has worked OK. Of course, I have no comparisons, so maybe some other browser would be much better.

BlackBerry Internet Browser, and Bolt. Both together. Their are some pages that are easier to read on BBIB than Bolt, and some better explored on Bolt ^.^ like wikia sites ^.^

i don't think there are a ton of people in the alpha, but i think most (or all) of them are on crackberry, so it seems like a lot.

we know it's going to be great b/c for the most part, it has been very impressive, especially for an alpha level release! by the time it hits full public release, it should be great.

hopefully, the only issue is that some sites, like hulu, are restricting use of their site through skyfire....which is a big reason why i wanted skyfire in the first place. hopefully they'll all work through that kind of stuff.

I use skyfire on my windows mobile device. It was great at first, but its really slow to startup at times, and their servers get really bogged down. It would take some major upgrades on their end to really make it worth using anymore.

Also, many sites are blocking it and it has issues with many passworded sites.

I use Bolt because that's the only thing that has good enough speed and brings pages up in due time instead of waiting for java and all that.
