Hi ,

I bought a bold 9700 Unlocked , everything works , except the browser , i resent the service books , upgraded it to .344 and then downgraded it to .321 , still same issue . just am frustrated like **** , everything was fine on my 8900 but this phone is really driving me crazy .

Try registering the device...

Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Menu > Register Now

Once you receive the confirmation message, do a battery pull, then check to see if the browser is there

Sort of the same problem on mine. BIS data works fine and everything but for some reason me device is missing the WAP browser. I've tried everything. Reloading the software, registering the HRT, resending service books. Nothing works. I had no problems with my old bold. Could it be a 5.0 issue?

Yeah same issue man , tried pretty much every trick on this forum , no luck , now im tired of this , so im giving up and letting it be till someone comes up with the solution to fix it !
