    My Contacts (268) Of them were backedup on my Bold 9650! When I switched to My BOLD 9930, I have NO CONTACTS??! Verizon says "I would have to *Reactivate my Bold 9650 & Copy each Contact, One by One to my Sim Card?! The Reactivate My Bold 9930 & Download my Contacts from my "SIM CARD?! In Furious! They Own Both Apps; So why canthen transfer my contacts gfrom "Limbo?" Whereever they are? To my Bold 9930?! For Such a "Great Service Corp; Poor Cust Service!!

    Verizon has a device called a Cellbright machine that SHOULD be able to copy your contacts between the devices. Also you should be able to use Desktop Manager for PC or Mac to do it yourself on your computer. Just use the device switch option.
