Just as my title says, my Bold just gradually whiteouted (opposite of blackout) away by itself when I was posting in a bbm group. No buttons could recover it so the only way out was a battery pull.
It's ok now but just in case it's something serious, does anyone know what caused that? Or has anyone experienced the same thing? Fyi my battery is still the original one and I've had my Bold for almost 3 years now, and the battery's power has degraded a lot (at least have to charge 2x a day). So could the battery be the problem?

Possible a memory blackout do you have a lot app installed ??
Or a big memory leak, when no enough memory blackberry reset or an blackout by it self. If not then your battery is to his end of his live. 2x charge a day is a lot and only possible by using your 3g the whole day and intense internet use.
