i know boy genius report released a statement talking about the delay of the bold, but said "September for a lot of carriers".

does anyone know if sprint will be in the list of "a lot of carriers". i've been waiting for a new phone (i have an old LG flip phone) for about 3 months now, because early reports said sprint would have the bold by September. i would like a new phone before i return to school.

now i feel ive come this far, i can wait a little longer. i know no one knows official dates, but any ball park range?

From what this post says sometime in January 2009. It looks like this was updated because they now have the Bold coming to At&t in August. I think that is right, don't hold me to it.

Lol. I was told by an at&t store rep mid-August. But, I thought he just wanted to get me out of the store asking about the BOLD while the other guys were trying to sell more Curves / Pearls.

2009 is probably true.......considering it took Sprint till June to get the Curve...and GSM Providers have had curves since.......Jan 08? CDMA's are always the last to get the goodies

I honestly think the bold will never come to verizon. But the bold's CDMA counter part (Niagara) looks slightly different and is going to be verizon exclusive. It may come sooner than Q1 2009.

Why the **** is Sprint is always last??!! Good God that REALLY irks me! Sprint=Memphis Grizzlies...last place every time!
