My computer does not recognize my bold. I can transfer via desktop manager. I have enabled the mass storage and i have even used the fix from pinstack or i think i have. However when i use the hahanew.exe a black screen pops up quickly. I then rmanually restart the computer then nothing. I have even used the bb storage activation but when i press any key to continue i keep getting an error and nothing seems to happen. Please help thanks in advance.

Did you reinstall the BB drivers?

Also if you're not sure if the MSM fix ran or not, then it's kinda hard to debug this because it might just be the same problem...
