ok, so im definetly having a problem. My bold seems to just turn off and restart aloooooot. The battery door seems intact and not loose, Im not sure whats causing this. Yes my bold is blacked out and tweaked with, but Ive never had this problem. Any suggestions???
If it is new phone purchased from ATT (less than under one year), bring it back to ATT for replacement. Or, do you have insurance? You might have extended warranty coverage under your VISA or MasterCharge credit card purchase if you paid for it by card.
