I watched Kevins video of the Bold and was blown away. Up to this point I had only seen pictures and I am completely sold now. It looks fantastic and the screen is simply beautiful. I can't wait. Looks like I will be buying a AT&T version and get it unlocked get it for T-Mobile. Anyway I thought I would share my excitement. I know there are a few who havent seen the video yet. Its definately worth checking it out.

I actually have the $$$ now. I'm just gathering more $$$ to be able to get both the Bold and the iPhone 2.

You may want to wait until September for the T-mobile version just in case they don't change the specs for T-mobile (UMA)

If you get the AT&T version you will loose out on the 3G part of the BB Bold. There will be a T-Mo with T-Mo 3G so it may be worth waiting a bit longer if needed to get the full value.

    huh??
the ATT version will not come with 3G?
please explain with detail, otherwise I have to wait for T-mo version and convert it to ATT

He means that the AT&T 3g network runs off a different frequency than the T-mobile. AT&T uses 850/1900mhz and T-mobile has 1700/2100mhz, but will be using 1700mhz.

I believe the AT&T version is said to have the 2100mhz, but T-mobile launched their 3g network in NYC using the 1700mhz. Therefore you will not have 3g support, unless they launch in 2100mhz as well. Also the 2100mhz that AT&T will launch will probably be for Japan and Korea and differ from the 2100mhz that T-mobile will use here in the States.

I was panicking for a while there,
Since on my part of SoCal , T-mo coverage is beyond suck unlike what your arch-enemy at T-Mo claiming.
I was really dreading if I have to switch to T-mo.

I am of the opinion that both RIM and Apple conspired to get every penny out of our pockets. They are always bringing out these upgraded fancy phones, knowing that we're suckers for their new toys.
