If you're not comfortable taking apart your Bold, you should send it in. I think it costs more if they have to use their own housings but I'm not too sure how much more.

why would you colorware your bold? its much cheaper to DIY, and its very easy to do so and there are SOO many resources out on the net. **** when i replaced my bezel i used colorware's instructions since they were VERY easy to follow.
What they said. There's absolutely nothing to it. The only think you need to remember is the flip the tape connector off the motherboard for the LCD. That's it. Six screws and you're in business. Remarkably simple.....and fun !
