I have a BOLD... and for some reason there is one person and only one person who sends attachments I cannot open... If someone forwards me that original message with attachments I can open them and anyone else that sends a document I can open it...

the example I will provide is a word doc. if the original sender sends it... it says I am unable to view it... but if someone forwards that message to me it works...
Moreover if someone else sends me a word doc... there are no issues...

any thoughts?

Hmmmmm... What type of computer does the original sender use? PC or Mac?

P.C. and it is being sent to a @rogers.blackberry.net account.
every e-mail comes from a PC which is also why this problems stumps me...
