    I need help to back-up my BB Bold. I get an error message whemever I attempt a back-up, although I have cleared the Cache in the Browser. Is there some 3th party app. that is causing this? Also, whenever I connect the DM, I get the following message - " update versions of the applications listed below are available for your device - BB 4.6 Core Applications." The problem is I do not have enough memory space and I am not sure how to proceed. Any help would be appreciated.

    There are other threads on this, but what I would do regarding the backup is go to Desktop Manager > Backup/Restore >Advanced and individually back up each database. Eventually you will find the one causing the error. Clear it and it will fix it.

    As for your other issue, uninstall the OS from your computer to stop the prompt to update your Core Apps.
