After failed installation of Bold 9930 upgrade, contacts don't show up. I know they're in there somewhere, because when I look at recent phone calls and hit "View ... Contact" it's all there. How can I get the contact info that's there to link with the Contacts icon? (I can't get my Outlook Contacts from computer to sync properly either; Outlook data is almost as current as contacts data in phone; would prefer to use the contact data that's somewhere in my phone, as it's more current than outlook data in computer or BB backup file.)

You might want to try a downgrade to the previous OS version to see if the situation changes.

Thank you for answering. I have just now solved it. I syncd to Outlook contacts on my computer again, and this time it worked. Not sure what I did differently in the sync, changed a setting or two, but it worked. Thanks again.
