I want buy BB one between bold 9900 and torch 9810. please guide which one is best to buy. I am not a big fan of keyboard so keyboard doesn't matter but a big touch screen definitely would. please guide which one will be more sober, nice looking and powerful w.r.t its features.

    You just answered yourself here.
I have been using them both in the same time, 9900 as private phone, and 9810 as company one.

    + great keyboard
    + great looking

    + better battery
    + bigger screen
    + much better camera

They both run OS 7.1, so here there is not much of the difference.

If the screen size the most important factor for you, go for 9810.

I had "both". However, I detested the slider mechanism on the 9800/10.

I don't blame BlackBerry, tough, slider phones have always been the most delicate.

On a completely unrelated topic, for how much are BB7 devices retailing where toy live?

I live in a crazy country where BlackBerry is still popular and everyone likes to rip everyone else off. Even a 9800 (OS6) goes around 10k MXN, with the Z and Q on that very same price.

9900 for sure! I have had both, and the 9900 worked flawless compared to the torch.
Excellent keyboard on the 9900, great phone. I only got rid of it to get a z10.
The torch started to lag after a few months then it just plain sucked.

Having owned both the choice would be tough for me. The 9810 was my second in that series and much better than the 9800 before. The 9900 was my favorite device until the Z10 came along. The loss of real estate from 9800 to 9900 was difficult at first but after a bit that was no issue. The keyboard on the 9900 is wonderful. Either device is worth a high recommendation from my experience.

I went from 9810 to 9900, yes the screen size is a major +. But I found the physical keyboard to narrow for my liking, and the paint would chip too easily with the white version. Also every case I seemed to get for the 9810 would pop off.
I liked the size and feel of it, but the 9900 won me over. The keyboard of course and the screen display are top notch.
The Torch 9810 was the only BlackBerry that I ever sold off. I've kept all my others.
These days I use the 9900 and the Q10.
