    After installing the 9900AllLang_PBr7.1.0_rel2930_PL5.1.0.701_A7.1.0.10 98_O2_UK (1) software on my device, when I turn on the device, the screen remains stuck and the touch or buttons do not work, only the on and off button works. Is this a hardware or software problem?

    Try flashing it again.
