The bold 9900 is dropping in India in two weeks, before the UK. I wonder if next week RIM will announce the North American drop dates

There is some good info round here regarding when we may ssee it. It seems sprint and tmobile are going to be first, within the next 2 weeks roughly.

My guess is that, RIM is trying to do a coordinated global launch, not on the same day but within week. So, all the indications point to Aug 15th, at least here in the UK. So, other markets wouldn't be far behind.
