Bold 9900 - factory reset without branding?

Asked: May 15 2021 | 6:39 am EDT 254 Views 1 Answers

I bought an BB Bold 9900 for only personal use. The problem now is, that this phone has an Vodaphone branding and neither internet nor email is running. Connection by WiFi and Cellular works well. Is it possible to make a "real" factory reset so that the Vodafone branding and Enterprise activation is deleted from the phone. I would like to use my BB like any other normal mobile.

Thanks for helping in advance,
Raimund

Without a BIS plan, you won't have a data connection without WiFi. And even with WiFi, email won't work through the HUB.
