Hi,
I just found out that my camera button, unlike the lock and volume button, is not tight and rocking. Anyone of you here having the same kind of rocking camera button?
Can someone answer me please. Is the convenience key feels looser than the other keys? I want to know if it only happens to me so I can exchange it before 7 days period end.
I noticed it as well. Hasn't bothered me at all though so never really considered taking it back.

If there’s a difference I can’t tell. Did you use an electron microscope or is it obvious?
On mine, when u tap the camera button you can hear a noise, a little tapping noise of the metal moving. When you tap the volume buttons you can't hear anything.

Yeah exactly. It's only the camera button tat is moving with a little noise even with a slight touch.
On mine, I absolutely do not have that issue.
My buttons are tight
WelJye, where did you purchase your 9900 at? I purchased mine at a futureshop on Vancouver Island.

Unfortunately, I am down under, Australia. I just walked in for an exchange and guess what I was told that for a blackberry to be exchanged, it needs to be sent back to the manufacturer for assessment and it will take up to SIX FREAKING WEEKS. Totally pissed me off, I tried calling thru phone and is told the same thing. Totally disappointed with blackberry's service and replacement process here. Guess I ll jus have to live with the not straight keypad and loose camera button
sounds like its ur carrier thats the issue. here in canada - usually carrier takes cares of the repair/warranty... rarely does rim do business directly with the consumer (even pbs are sold thru 3rd party)
Really? wow. When I returned my first one to Futureshop they barely even asked any questions, just gave me a new one. Long as its within 14 days then you're usually fine here in Canada (varies a bit depending on the retailer). Surprised to hear that Aussie doesn't have a similar return policy at their carriers.
Yep, carrier issue. With Verizon in the states I’ve always had them ship me a new one and then I returned the defective unit with no cost. In any case, sounds like BS.
