Bold 9900
Hi
I have just bought a secondhand 9900 bold for business use, I just moved the SIM card from my previous phone, I can't connect to either my work or personal email accounts
When I try to activate the emails it's asks for an Enterprise Account and password
When I put any information in the fields it saying
Activation request failed, a service connection is unavailable
Do I need to let my service provider know I have a blackberry so I can excess emails, I love the phone but I really need email excess
