Hi,
When I receive Whats app with pictures and videos and I try to open them .... i get following message/ warning - download failed:NullPointerException: Java.lang.NullPointerException.
However if i change my settings in media settings -> auto download -> ON
then the images automatically get downloaded and saved, which i dont want. :mad:
Kindly help me in this matter.
I tried formatting my memory card, hard swipe and reinstalling the OS then too the problem persists.:straight-face:
You'll have more luck in the Whatsapp thread over on the Apps forum. This isn't going to just be a Bold thing.
I think you have a bad install of WhatsApp. I used to see those Null pointer messages when I had a corrupt app. Try uninstalling it and re-download it to see if your problem goes away.
go 2 options , in that application management , select whatsapp then edit permission n allow all , it will be sorted
change the media setting to off under whats app options , and get the latest version 2.9.5459
