    I was updating the OS for my phone to 6.0.0.749 thru blackberry desktop manager....al the steps went well till the reboot step.....its been almost an hour and still the phone is stuck on a white screen and not booting up....plz help

    Have you tried to disconnect your device, pull the battery and restart the phone that way? It should be able to boot up that way, and than you should be able to restart the process to go to OS6

    well, I've never update OS thru DM. i guess u can solve the problem by wiping it and reload OS.
