Hi guys n gals. I bought a 9780 from kijiji and it has some issues. First, the bluetooth doesn't turn on at all. When I try to, it freeezes for a bit then switches to off. Second, I can't connect it to my laptop to update the os cuz I thought it may be that. It connects to the computer, but only to charge. No menu pops up or anything and it doesn't register on the laptop that the device is connected. Need some major help. Please email me if possible so I can get ur help asap.
