This is my second white bold. I really don't know what to do chance getting another replacement or asking tmobile uk to repair this model I have now.

Reason being everything works apart from the key "x" well if I press the top of the key it works 90% of the time. If I press towards the bottom of the x key it does not respond at all. If I ask for a replacement I could get one with worse build issues. The fault has to be the keypad/keyboard board which is under the keyboard and not the keyboard. What do you lot advise?

2 things

1) get a replacement and hope it doesn't suck
2) replace the keyboard yourself. they do have youtube videos that can show you how to replace it.

Looks from the title that your 'r' key may be occasionally faulty as well
