So i charged it overnight (I got a new battery 6 weeks ago). Today the phone blipped off the verizon network.. Thinking it was a glitch, I pulled the battery. Now the phone is dead. Black screen. It seems to be in early reboot phase. any suggestions. Verizon is saying my contacts are lost as is all else.

Hopefully you have backed up the phone prior to this happening. Does the phone show up in Desktop Manager when you plug it in to a computer with the battery in or with the battery out?
