You can use Nobex Radio Companion. I can stream several of the local stations I listen to using it. I wouldn't consider it live, because it has a slight delay. It allows you to hear the station as you normally would, with a delay of course. I wouldn't use it to try to be the 'X' caller for a chance to win free tickets due to the streaming delay.
I like how the Nobex application allows me to Email the song details of the current song playing, or previous songs played. The Email sent allows you to purchase the song from iTunes or Amazon.com. The app keeps track of the playlists for those times when you hear a song and you're unsure of the title or who sings it.
I find IT more useful than just a basic FM antenna.

I'm able to stream local stations in my area using Nobex. IHeartRadio doesn't have any of my local stations. Just a lot of genre style stations, similar to Pandora.

I was about to ask... a Transmitter? or a Receiver?

Do you want to Receive radio on your BB or do you want to transmit your audio to your FM radio?

It does not come with one, but there are various FM transmitter devices that you can buy for BBs.

For me here in boston iheart radio has about 70% of the local radio stations I would listen to, so not a problem for me!
