When I put the BB in it's holster it turns itself off! Not just the screen but the whole thing shuts down. Any ideas? Thanks!

When you put it in the holster, it should just put your phone on "sleep". When you remove your phone from the holster, does it wake up?

Oh and make sure that whatever profile you're on (Normal, Quite, etc...) the "In Holster" setting is set to something that will catch your attention. I know in some cases, the "In Holster" setting is set to NOT notify. Try that.
