I notice my BB very slow and check the free memory and the memory was 0 free. After that I went to option menu and select a option to optimize memory in order to eliminate some unused files, after appears a windows showing the system y working on clean memory ( my battery was full ) and leave all night to work. Now I doesn't star my BB Bold, when I press the red button (ON) to start the system, only show tha white screen and a little clock (thinking) but the system doesn't start after a few minutes the system shut down or pass to hybernate or black screen. I repeate this steps several time.
I apply the hard reset pressing ALT + shift (right) + Del and the reset is effective but the system doesn't start.
If Some one know something to fix it, I will appreciate. Doesn't matter if I have to delete all information I have a back up of all my information.
