I have t-mobile so i'll have to unlock the bold, but which is best?

IMO if you have t-mobile it's a no contest 8900. If you have AT&T then it's a debate about how important 3G is to you.

I just got the 8900 a couple of hours ago after having used the Bold for quite a few months. But a go-to phone would probably be the Bold hands down.

Go with the 8900..Cause your getting better cam, more memory, and also if you get the bold 3g aint gonna work..Hey if you get the 8900 put insurance thru Tmobile...Good luck deciding..

I'd go with the 8900 since a Bold wouldn't be able to use 3G. Although I might pay the $$$ to break the T-Mobile contract and move to AT&T because the Bold on 3G totally rawks.

I'd get the new iPhone since you want a multimedia phone (camera, etc) to be completely honest (and I got a Bold). lol

With that said, if you need the keypad, definitely 8900 -- happy birthday!

i have the bold, and my wife has the 8900 with t-mobile, you sound just like her, so def get the 8900. It does rock i must say, but i am a power user and will not give up the 3G.

If they made the bold with the body of the 8900 but bigger, i would be a happy man.
