Hi guys, I have a Bold 9700 that until recently worked fine. It is (was) paired to me Transit Connect Sport but will no longer connect. I've deleted the Ford and re-paired but no change, the van has been to Ford to be checked out and all is good, and the Bold will connect to my X5.

Anyone got any ideas? Is these a Firmware upgrade or anything that anyone know of?

What version of OS 5 or 6 are you running? It could be that if you're running 5.0.0.4xx, 5.0.0.5xx, 5.0.0.6xx, 5.0.0.7xx, you might want to update to .862 or if on OS 6, 6.0.0.5xx or newer would be recommended.

Have you also tried a battery pull?

I haven't tried pulling the battery but can try that later.

Just to make sure you do it right:
- unplug the battery while the bb is on
- wait for 30 second
- put the battery back.

Hi bud i did try that and it didn't work. At the same time i deleted the audio device and re-paired.

I don't suppose you have any other suggestions do you?
