Hello Everyone!
I've been having issues trying to activate the bluetooth functionality in my BB Bold, I successfully deleted the IT Policy of my ex-company thinking that maybe that could be the problem. I was wrong.
Basically what happens is:
I select to activate bluetooth in the "Manage Connections" options, the bluetooth checkbox remains like gray for a few seconds and then it deselects.
Any help will be much appreciated!

hmm... that could be a prob with the software or an actual issue with the BT module in the phone. Try wiping and reinstall the latest OS first to rule out software
I am having the exact same problem. BT just suddenly stopped working the other day with the same symptoms. Any solution?
+1 for what nikolous said just make sure you do a backup first.

This happens with my wifi sometimes and a battery pull would fix it.
See whether a battery pull helps...

Did all of the above and no fixy. Is it possible the BT radio is shot? If so, any way to replace. Man, I'm really missing the bluetooth working with my car bluetooth. I became used to it, now I want it back.
