Hi all I have a dilemma. I was ending a call when my bb went to a white screen. Nothing would work so I done a battery pull and guess what nothing. I have a replacement coming from att but just wondering what in tha hxxx happened? Now I put the battery back in and the led is blinking one long and three short as if it is a diagnostic code. HELP!!!!!

I never get the unknown device pin option. Always goes to the pin connected. I am on windows 7 also. would that make a difference.

'Nuked' is a loose term, you just need to wipe and reload the OS

...and no, using Windows 7 doesn't make a difference.

It is in the reboot loop and won't come out of it. I tried to use bbsak also to no avail. I don't know what else to do.

You need to wipe your device and reload the OS
