I know everyone is going to look at this title and say not another one. But I figure I would ask. I was wondering if blacking out my bold voids my warranty on my phone? Also what is a decent battery cover to get. I'm not to fond of the stock one. Thanks once again.
Yes, voids warranty. Get your parts from "pmonmon" on ebay. Just bought and installed one of his kits. Looks completely oem, given the paint he's using. Also, get the "Husky" torx combo wrench from Home Depot for $7 (you get 8 wrench tips that plug into a handle). I was going to change out the back as well, but it doesn't look bad now that I have a black bezel (and buttons). I would more worry about what you're going to do with your trackball because now, my phone looks great but my trackball is still yellow... Just my .02.
